Brian Valenza is the CEO and co-founder of Virsig, LLC., and the COO and co-founder of Centennial Security Integration, Inc. Brian has extensive commercial venture and security experience, and is President of The Guidry Group. Prior to entering the security industry, Brian had an extensive military career, that started with attending the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, and  eventually having a distinguished career as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer.

At the rank of Lieutenant, Brian spent his final tour of duty at the Naval Special Warfare office at the Pentagon. He has appeared on Fox News, spoken at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and at national conferences such as the Suits & Spooks Conference on intelligence and industry.
Brian oversees Virsig's daily business, and in his spare time, stays fit through Triathlons, Cross Fit training, and enjoying ocean diving.​
Glenn Taylor has 20 years experience in the field of sales, electronics, logistics and project management and is a recognized expert on electronic security surveillance products, access control and other I.P. controlled hardware. Among Glenn's recent achievements, and there are many... was being lead for the security project at the U.S. Presidential Debates in New York and helping to design a surveillance system that supported security at the New York City Marathon. 

Glenn is a frequent advisor to Law Enforcement agencies when it comes to event-based (field deployed) networked security operations.  
As Executive Director, Glenn is the chief of sales and also oversees operations. The man is an automotive aficionado with a passion for racing, notably--fast German cars. He enjoys being on the water, is a boat owner, and is a Member of the Dept. of Homeland Security / U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Eric M. L'Esperance is a dynamic entrepreneur and businessman with two-decades of successful business leadership and development skills. He has a comprehensive background including contract negotiations, customer service, sales, operations, construction, leadership and management. He is Vice-President of Business Development and Co-Founder of Virsig, LLC. 

Eric keeps very busy, as he is also Chairman and Co-Founder of Centennial Security Integration, Inc., and Executive Vice-President at Centennial Elevator Industries, Inc., a leading full service elevator company, serving New York City since 1976.
​Christian L. Cahill is the VP of Operations and a co-founder of Virsig; he is also Executive VP of Centennial Security, Inc.  He has numerous security industry and professional credentials and has directed the planning, coordination, and execution of more than 300 electronic security installations, including access control, surveillance systems, video analytics, and biometric systems. 
Mr. Cahill has over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry; he holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master License (100 ton), and is also an avid fisherman. He formerly was the owner of Port Fuel Oil Corporation, where he oversaw operation of a large fleet of flammable and hazardous material fuel transportation trucks that supported the shipping industry.

Sheomo Alfassa's  role is to facilitate and maintain Virsig’s communications reach with the public. He oversees the development of corporate information releases, ensures Virsig maintains government compliance, oversees public programs, and maintains on-going liaison with Virsig's partners, clients and the community. He is also the 'Voice of Virsig' on Social Media.

Shelomo is Virsig's U.S. Government certified Facilities Security Officer . As the FSO, he manages highly sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for employees performing governmental contractual work, tracks and briefs company employees on travel procedures, restrictions, and requirements while traveling abroad to foreign countries. He ensures personnel are cognizant of current and potential threats while traveling and while in-country. 

Shelomo worked in emergency operations for the U.S. Public Health Service as Deputy Commander of a federal response team for Weapons of Mass Destruction. Prior to this he was with IBM Security, as a member of their emergency management team. He's a member of the US Department of Homeland Security / USCGAux, where he is Vice Flotilla Commander and Land Patrol Coordinator in Manhattan.
